Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder/Sales Associate to welcome guests and provide expert product recommendations. You will help maintain a clean store, assist with blending and packaging, and support daily operations under the supervision of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and greeting.
Engage with customers to ask questions and make personalized recommendations.
Become an expert in our spice blends and teas.
Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean environment.
Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our products.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations and assign tasks.
