Oakley is seeking a Casual Part-Time Specialist Advisor at Tyson's Corner to support the store management team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on motivating the floor staff, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales targets while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong sales experience and top results in individual performance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsabilités

• Act as ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and staying current on products
• Establishes strong connections and relationships with customers to maintain positive interactions
• Upholds and executes all of the company's customer service initiatives
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and floor/warehouse cleanliness
• Organizes the warehouse ensuring labeling and logical placement
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present
• Performs any other tasks assigned by management
