Job summary

Oakley is seeking a part-time specialized advisor at the Branson Tanger Outlets to support the management team on the floor and drive strong sales while delivering an exemplary customer experience.

The role requires one year of retail experience, bilingual ability, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You’ll help with merchandising, inventory, and opening/closing procedures as needed and be part of a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales performance track record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual language ability.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge and brand messaging.
• Build connections with customers to foster positive interactions.
• Support customer service initiatives across the store.
• Assist with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Assist with floor movement, merchandising and display upkeep.
• Organize warehouse with labeling and cleanliness.
• Lead opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
