Job summary

LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to support store operations and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure a welcoming environment and expert store routines.

You will coach associates, model exceptional service, and help onboard a highly engaged team while upholding brand standards and driving a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
