Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Raleigh, NC to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team while upholding LOFT’s standards and omnichannel shopping excellence.

The role values 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred), with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys coaching and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store standards and omnichannel shopping processes are maintained.
