Job summary

LOFT in Greensboro, NC is looking for a Sales Lead to support and model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed and guide a team across daily store operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining visual standards, and driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience with in-the-moment coaching.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
