Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Tyler, Texas is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers with sales. You will help maintain organized merchandising and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and reliability. Candidates should be comfortable with POS systems, basic math, and flexible weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field).
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.
• High integrity, accountability and reliability.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising and inventory control.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening.
• Prepare and make nightly cash deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
• Greet every customer on entry and execute five steps to a sale.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and provide comprehensive service.
