Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Texas City to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage cash. You will greet customers, drive sales, maintain organized merchandising, and support promotions using in-store systems.

The role requires retail experience, reliability, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include handling the POS system, balancing cash, and ensuring store standards.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or related field) is required.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated with optimism and solution orientation.
• High integrity, accountability and reliability.
• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and execute sales.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Open and close the store as scheduled; prepare cash at opening and deposits at closing.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage new shipments.
• Complete opening/closing checklists for each shift.
