Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Part Time Key Holder in Myrtle Beach, SC to support the store management with opening/closing, merchandising, and daily operations while delivering exceptional service.

You will help train team members, assist in inventory and stock replenishment, and work 15–25 hours per week across weekday and weekend shifts; compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous key holder or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in basic math and cash register operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

As a Part Time Key Holder at Huk Gear, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team by aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and assisting in store sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the store in accordance with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining merchandising and visual presentation.

Job Type

Schedule

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours
• Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts
• Required availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Expected hours: 15 to 25 hours per week

Compensation

• $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience
