Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Full Time Key Holder to support daily store operations and management. You will help with opening/closing, merchandising, customer service, and training new team members to meet sales goals.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and strong communication. Salary is hourly with benefits and opportunities for advancement at Huk Gear in Dawsonville, GA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Key holder or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic math.

As a Full Time Key Holder at Huk Gear, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team by aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and assisting in store sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in opening and closing the store in accordance with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Actively engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting those targets.

Job Type:

• Full time

Schedule:

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours
• Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts
• Required availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Compensation:

• $15 - $17, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in basic math and ability to operate a cash register.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform essential functions of the job.
