Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to support the management team in daily store operations, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.

The role offers flexible scheduling with 4–8 hour shifts, opportunities to lead in-store tasks, and weekly pay. Candidate should have strong communication, basic math, and prior retail experience; lifting up to 25 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Key holder or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining merchandising and visual presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Actively engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting those targets.
