Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Full Time Key Holder to support daily store operations, customer service, and inventory management. You will assist in opening/closing, mentoring teammates, and ensuring merchandising standards are met to drive sales and exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with shifts across daytime/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

As a Full Time Key Holder at Huk Gear, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team by aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store. Key Responsibilities

Schedule

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours
• Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts
• Required availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Compensation

• $15 - $17, depending on experience

Requirements
