Qualifications

• Educational background: At least 60 completed college credits is preferred for many opportunities.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children/teens is valued.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for students.
• Introduce concepts via demos, discussions, projects, and hands-on activities.
• Prepare lessons aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, and skill development.
• Provide supervision and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Adjust instruction to accommodate diverse learning levels.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Follow site policies and safety procedures.
