Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
• Special Knowledge/Skills: Instruct reading, writing, math; communicate effectively; work well with children.
• Experience: Some experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students under supervisor of a teacher; work with individuals or small groups.
• Assist teacher with instructional materials and classroom displays; help with tests and scoring.
• Maintain neat classroom; assist with inventory and equipment; help with records and reports.
