Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organizes and implements an instructional program suitable to the needs of children.
• Reads and/or tells stories to children; assists in musical, rhythmic, and dramatic activities; participates in games and play activities; accompanies classes on field trips.
• Prepares exhibit tables, classroom display, and bulletin boards; assists teacher in preparing paper and other materials for classroom activities; corrects test papers and worksheets.
• Discusses the student’s progress and problems with parents/guardians and with professional education staff members.
