Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities/disadvantages preferred.
• Must pass background and Driver Record check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with screening of referrals for appropriate program and service options.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with participants and referral agencies.
• Ensure paperwork and related activities are current and compliant.
• Provide hands-on training and support to participants at various work locations.
• Gather data to fulfill reporting requirements and track participant progress.
• Assist with orientation of new referrals and development of service plans.

Education
