Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service of Southern New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Job Support Staff member to assist individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include task analysis, client advocacy, and monitoring safety and progress at various workplaces.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field or two years of relevant experience. This position offers approximately 5-15 hours of work per week during weekdays only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine work.

Responsibilities

• Perform task/job analysis at the job site.
• Advocate for individuals with disabilities and foster co-worker relationships.
• Monitor client/students’ progress and safety.
