Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest in Lewiston, ID, is hiring a part-time position (about 20-29 hrs/wk) to provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services.

The role may supervise and/or provide direct employment services to funded and unfunded participants; experience with persons with disabilities or disadvantages is preferred. A flexible schedule, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of personal auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or six months related experience.
• Background check required; must pass background check.
• Flexible schedule and reliable vehicle required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services.
• Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to funded and unfunded participants.
• Assist with intake, service plans, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and time studies as applicable.
• Collaborate with staff to address vocational and behavioral needs.
