Job summary

Trillium Services, Inc. is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support Karl at Karl's Wheelhouse, assisting with skill development and handmade product creation. You will help with pop-up shop events and community activities throughout the day.

The role offers training, a driver’s license and access to a vehicle, with shifts Monday through Friday and occasional weekend opportunities. A positive, patient and creative approach is essential to thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to pass MN Background Study.
• Valid Driver's License & Use of Insured Vehicle.
• NO experience necessary—we will train you on everything you need to learn.

Responsibilities

• Typically works a 4-8-hour shift at varying times throughout the day.
• Schedules include both week and/or weekend shifts based on employee's availability.
• Develop rapport and reciprocal relationships with each person you support.
• Assisting individuals with daily living skills, community involvement and promoting the opportunity for individual choice and independence.
