Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork; cleans windows and sills.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area; replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Cuts and trims grass and shovels snow if required by site contract.
• May set up tables and chairs for events in auditorium or hall.
