Job summary

D & A Building Services is seeking dependable Night Cleaners/Janitorial Custodians to support facilities in East Orlando and Oviedo, Florida. This evening role performs routine cleaning, restrooms, floors, trash disposal, and dusting to ensure spaces are clean and ready for the next business day.

You will work independently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and join a team with over 35 years of experience serving commercial, institutional, and government clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in janitorial or related cleaning roles.
• Ability to safely operate janitorial tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings and maintain reliability.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services restrooms.
• Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors and stairways.
• Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials.
• Dusts blinds, furniture, and file cabinets.
• Polishes furniture and chrome with cleaning compounds.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures.
• Cleans grounds and parking areas of debris.
• Lifts and moves supplies and equipment.
