Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor to perform cleaning tasks at multiple locations in Sanibel, FL. This part-time role requires mobile execution of the scope of work, including floor care, bathroom sanitation, and restocking supplies, with timekeeping via IVR and attendance systems.

The ideal candidate will follow safety rules, wear the uniform, and support management with coverage, ensuring a clean, safe environment for occupants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean counters, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners; clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls and ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building.
• Restock supplies in assigned areas.
• Notify supervisor of repairs.
• Participate in training to perform job functions.
• Request janitorial supplies to ensure adequate quantities.
• Ensure doors are locked at night (if applicable).
• Use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll; IVR if applicable.
