Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities in Miami, Florida. This position involves routine cleaning tasks, monitoring safety, and responding to emergencies.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, experience in janitorial work, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Competitive hourly wages and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 or more months experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions required.
• Completion of significant safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to spills and cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and equipment safely.
• Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
