Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain office spaces, restrooms, break areas, and store surroundings at our Lansdowne location. You will remove trash, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure spills are promptly addressed to keep our environment safe and welcoming.

As part of a team, you’ll follow PPE rules and store policies, meet physical requirements, and complete the introductory period. This role supports a clean, healthy community-friendly grocery experience.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to communicate policy and safety rules.
• Must meet ergonomic/physical requirements and perform duties safely.
• Must read/write/communicate in English and complete the introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and required equipment at shift start, and prepare duties.
• Clean and vacuum office and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove trash, operate compactor/bailer, clean spills, and power wash sidewalks.
• Dust surfaces and wash mirrors, glass, floors, and equipment in break rooms.
• Resupply items as needed and use floor cones for hazardous areas.
• Maintain general cleanliness to meet store standards.
• Follow all PPE, policies, and safety regulations.
