Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor in Florida. You will perform general cleaning and upkeep inside client sites, following site-specific routines. The role offers morning and afternoon shifts, early mornings through weekends, with weekly pay and competitive compensation.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. On-the-job training is provided, and previous janitorial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or minimum six months of janitorial experience
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care and shampooing
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
• Follow housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment as required
• Other duties as assigned by client’s scope of work or needs
