Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or six months janitorial experience).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and manage waste; use of compactor as required.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners/equipment.
• Spot-clean carpets; assist in extractions/shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers).
• Other duties as assigned by client scope.
