Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a part-time janitor in Millington, TN to provide reliable cleaning services. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and executing the scope of work across locations as directed by management.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety practices. The role requires punctuality, ability to follow instructions, and a readiness to participate in training and use the

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls and ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by management per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the building.
• Restock supplies in areas assigned.
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed to facilities or equipment.
• Participate in workshops and training to perform job functions.
• Request janitorial supplies to ensure adequate daily quantities.
• Ensure doors are locked at night as applicable.
• Use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.
• Complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager if issues arise.
• Always wear uniform and IDs while working.
