Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or at least six months in a janitorial role.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum).
• Use chemical cleaners and equipment safely to protect floors and objects.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and proper disposal; operate a compactor when needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets; assist with carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet client needs.
