Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or related technical role, or a degree in IT/CS.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, databases, and IT security standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software errors, manage assets, and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication to explain technical errors and train staff.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft apps like Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day tech errors and provide troubleshooting support to all system users.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s technology systems.
• Assist with new hire onboarding by setting up user accounts and configuring devices.
