R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a part-time Computer User Support Specialist in Spokane, WA. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and IT security to support daily HVAC operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding, network and database oversight, and collaboration with vendors to protect company assets. The role emphasizes timely support and a strong culture of growth within a family business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, database management, and IT security standards
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software errors, manage assets, and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues and train staff
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day tech errors and provide troubleshooting support to all system users
• Manage and maintain the organization’s technology systems
• Assist with onboarding by setting up user accounts and configuring devices
• Oversee networks, databases, and IT security protocols to protect data
• Create and manage procedures for tracking equipment and assignments
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet technology needs
