Responsibilities

• Assist with device deployment, imaging, and configuration.
• Manage inventory and track assets.
• Support classroom technology.
• Assist with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Coordinate hardware troubleshooting and repair.
