Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Two years of hands-on technology and tech support experience.
• CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ or CompTIA A+ certification demonstrated.
• Ability to teach adults and apply adult learning methods.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on IT instruction for industry certifications.
• Develop lessons, labs, and assessments aligned with curriculum.
• Provide student support and academic advising.
• Maintain records of attendance and progress.
• Coordinate with employers for internships and industry partnerships.
