Qualifications

• At least three years in fund administration or investment operations.
• Hands-on experience with ledger reconciliations and NAV analysis.
• Experience investigating trade breaks and handling payment or settlement exceptions.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to document decisions clearly in writing.
• Ability to work independently on self-contained exercises and meet rubric-based quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile ledgers against custodian or bank statements.
• Isolate residual differences, explain causes, and prepare reconciliations with adjusting entries.
• Attribute NAV movements, identify components outside tolerance, and write variance commentary.
• Investigate breaks between systems, determine root causes, classify breaks, propose corrections, and document investigations.
• Process corporate-action events and calculate account entitlements.
• Handle payment or transfer exceptions.
• Match inconsistent merchant or vendor descriptions to a canonical registry.
