Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Investigational Drug Services Pharmacy Technician II at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, IN. This part-time 0.6 FTE role (24 hours/week) supports study maintenance, inventory, and audit prep.

Requires IN Pharmacy Technician license or intern/extern license and national certification, with 2+ years preferred. Hours are 3x8 shifts or 5x4.5 shifts; strong math, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Requires Indiana Pharmacy Technician License OR intern/extern license.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification required unless enrolled in accredited college of pharmacy.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Proficiency typing and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of studies, working with Study Coordinators and maintaining inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with audits and audit preparation.
• Support with general duties within the Investigational Drug Services Pharmacy.
