Job summary

The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Shallotte, NC is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to handle duties related to merchandise receipt and shipment. This role supports the parts department, maintains inventory, and keeps the shipping/receiving area organized.

Ideal candidate has Harley-Davidson product knowledge, experience with POS and inventory systems, and a customer-friendly approach. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience with servicing of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
• Experience handing package transition with UPS and FEDEX.
• Acceptable background check.

Responsibilities

• Handles all outgoing and incomeing Parts, Accessories and General Merchandise.
• Assists in maintaining inventory.
• Cleans and organizes shipping & receiving enviornment.
• Assists with the parts department as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
