This position is ideal for someone with an upbeat and energetic personality, self-motivated, and eager to share the Harley-Davidson experience with our guests. Training and all necessary tools will be provided to ensure your success.

Essential Duties include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all dealership visitors.
• Greeting customers promptly and courteously.

• Managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Handling telephone transactions courteously and efficiently.
