Job summary

Parkson Corporation is seeking a Pre-Count Inventory Assistant for a part-time, temporary position (25-30 hours or less per week). You will pre-count inventory, verify locations, document discrepancies, and attach pre-count cards to products.

The job requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, along with strict adherence to written and verbal instructions. Applicants should be comfortable using calibrated scales, possess strong math skills, and have clear written and verbal

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication is a must.
• Strong Math ability is a preference.
• Ability to count high quantities of small items by hand if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory location sheets and verify locations of items.
• Pre-count all items in marked locations.
• Document any found or missing items based on location/count sheets.
• Fill out pre-count inventory cards correctly.
• Attach cards to products in the counted location.
• Understand the setting and use of calibrated scales to aid in counting high quantities of small parts.
• Count high quantities of small items by hand if necessary.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Safety Toe shoes are required.
