Job summary

System One seeks a Part-time Inventory Control Analyst to support manufacturing operations in Hershey, PA. This contract role is onsite, 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9am–2pm.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory accounting or control, experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SOX controls. SAP experience is preferred to help clear daily idoc errors, COI, and variances.

• Manufacturing environment experience.
• SOX and audit support experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups at minimum).
• Proven experience investigating inventory variances.

Responsibilities

• Inventory monitoring and analysis to identify and resolve inventory variances
• Clearing daily IDOC errors
• Clearing daily COGIs
• Identifying scanning issues and correcting them
• Conducting inventory reconciliations and reporting activities
• Execution and oversight of inventory-related SOX controls and documentation
• Support for cycle count and physical inventory processes
• Partnership with plant operations, finance, and supply chain teams to drive inventory accuracy and process compliance
• Varies day to day including the duties above

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory accounting or inventory control experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• SAP experience preferred
• SOX and audit support experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups at minimum)
• Proven experience investigating inventory variances
