Job summary

Learn It Systems is hiring part-time teachers to support K-12 classrooms in Tucson for the 2026/27 year. The role involves implementing Title I–focused reading and math instruction within small groups, collaborating with school staff and families.

You will join a team of educators, supervisors, and aides delivering high-quality education services in partnership with the School District of Tucson. The position emphasizes student progress tracking and a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or can obtain one.
• Experience with Title I students is a plus.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service to principals, teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work in a school building with stairs.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above head.
• Hand dexterity for typing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to identify Title I students.
• Plan and deliver instruction in a small-group setting.
• Administer pre- and post-assessments.
• Track and report student progress and data.
• Maintain effective classroom management and safety.
• Escort students to and from the Title I classroom.
• Provide a safe, positive learning environment.
