Job summary

Learn It Systems seeks part-time teachers to support K-12 classrooms in Tucson for the 2026/27 school year. You will join a collaborative team delivering targeted reading and math support to Title I students in small groups.

As part of a district-aligned program, you will implement instructional components, work with school personnel and parents, and help track student progress with data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Experience working with Title I students a plus.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location is in a school building where employees will need to go up and down stairs.
• Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head.
• Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supervisor and fellow educators to deliver high-quality reading and mathematics instruction in small groups.
• Plan and deliver effective instruction for Title I students in a Title I classroom setting.
• Administer pre- and post-assessments and consistently track student progress and data.
• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment and manage classroom activities.
