Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2+ years experience or related education/work to equal six years.
• Minimum of one year of higher education experience in career services or student services.
• Strong detail orientation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Internship Instruction 60%: manage curriculum delivery for two one‑credit courses; use Canvas to communicate assignments, deadlines, resources and grading; implement and analyze assessments.
• Adjunct Instructor Supervision 20%: provide ongoing support for adjunct instructors on enrollment, Canvas, assignments, employer relations, and campus resources.
• Registration and internship approval 25%: oversee course registration with CFANS student services and Career & Internship Services; respond to questions; review/approve internship applications; manage permissions and Handshake module for learning agreements and data reporting.
• Outreach/communication 10%: act as university liaison to internship site supervisors; communicate expectations for supervision and evaluations; address issues with sites to ensure positive experiences.
• Grant Program Responsibilities 5%: oversee communication about the CFANS Unpaid Internship Grant; distribute grant funds to students.
