Job summary

LifeSTEPS is hiring a Part-Time Intensive Case Manager (ICM) in Oakland, CA. The role offers 20 hours per week at $28.40/hour. The ICM will assess needs, coordinate services, and provide direct support to individuals and families to help them achieve stable housing and improved outcomes.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least 2 years of experience in social services, plus a valid CA driver's license. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in a similar environment providing social services.
• Valid California Driving License and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold LifeSTEPS workplace values in daily work.
• Assess participants to identify needs and determine level of assistance.
• Coordinate and tailor services to meet identified needs.
• Be physically present at assigned properties and work contracted hours.
