Patrick Stone - State Farm Agent seeks a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our office in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on greeting customers, scheduling, and handling inquiries while supporting a busy team in delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the insurance industry. A flexible schedule with some Saturday hours is required, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Be able to obtain insurance license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain customer records.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.
