Job summary

Rutgers University-New Brunswick is seeking a part-time non-credit instructor for the Labor Education Action Research Network (LEARN). The instructor will design customized curricula for working adults, union members and labor relations professionals, and coordinate and implement programs in collaboration with faculty and staff.

The ideal candidate has teaching expertise, knowledge of worker organizations, and strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse learners from varied

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years instructional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of New Jersey labor movement preferred.
Ability to design customized curriculum for working adults and union members.

Responsibilities

Design customized curriculum to meet client needs.
Coordinate and implement educational programs with faculty.
