Job summary

Midland College is seeking a part-time Attendant-Instructional to provide operational support for instructional programs in Midland, Texas. You will operate office equipment, assist with printing and distributing materials, sort mail, and help maintain a clean instructional pool room and storage areas.

Responsibilities include supporting instructional activities and meetings, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and multi-line phones.
• Assist with printing, copying, assembling, and distributing instructional and departmental materials.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Maintain clean, organized instructional pool room, and storage areas.
• Support instructional activities, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
• Promote a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
