Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-line phones.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Preferred: Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience in an educational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and multi-line phones.
• Assist with printing, copying, assembling, and distributing instructional and departmental materials.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Maintain clean, organized instructional pool room, and storage areas.
• Support instructional activities, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
• Promote a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
