Midland College invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Education position at Main Campus, Midland, TX. The role involves teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting Education Division initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Education (or equivalent) with strong communication and organizational skills and a commitment to student success and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, or a Master’s degree plus 18 graduate semester hours in Education are required.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct courses as needed in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Plan and organize lectures, utilize materials, and schedule observation assignments.
• Develop syllabi and other learning aids.
• Improve instruction by evaluating methodologies and delivery methods.
• Submit required reports and forms; maintain professional relationships with students and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
