The position emphasizes confidentiality, safety protocols, and alignment with Catholic standards, with opportunities to serve as a substitute when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of higher education or an associate degree preferred; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
• Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Supports and adheres to the policies and procedures of the school and Archdiocese of San Antonio, including the Religious Standards for Catholic School Employees.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding learning center matters.
• Adheres to safety training and protocols daily to ensure safety of self and others.
• Protects confidentiality of information and materials as required.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct and Faith and Moral Policy.
• Takes a solution-oriented approach and collaborates with team to fulfill the Mission and Vision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist teacher in preparing materials and coordinating instructional activities.
• Supervise students before, during, and after school as needed.
