Job Details

Position: Part-Time Inspector / Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant

Location: Loveland, Colorado

Pay: $16.00/hour DOE

Schedule: 2-3 days of inspecting, hours supplemented with housekeeping and laundry. Flexible schedule and weekends required.

Bilingual preferred but not required.

Role Overview

The purpose of a ROOM INSPECTOR is to inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Train and work with room attendants to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Re-inspect rooms that do not meet standards and ensure they meet quality requirements before release.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets for proper stock.
• Ensure rooms for Loyalty Program Members are ready and properly equipped prior to check-in.
• Maintain cleanliness of glass doors, windows, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and trash chute rooms.
• Support room attendants by cleaning and stripping guest rooms as needed.
• Communicate with the Front Office regarding delays or issues.
• Complete work order tickets and ensure unacceptable rooms are addressed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and daily paperwork.
• Perform open and closing procedures in the absence of supervisors.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and team relations as directed.

Qualifications

• High school education not required.
