Job summary

Carter Lumber in Monroe, MI is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to become the face of the store, helping customers with product information and project recommendations. You will share product knowledge, provide estimates, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also follow up on quotes, qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, assist with inventory, and participate in cycle counts. Salary + commission with uncapped earning potential. Part-time position.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work part-time.

Responsibilities
